7 Days Return Policy
We would consider the following points before accepting the product back
Used Product
A product cannot be returned once it has been used or damage while installation. Please ensure that the product is in original condition and unused. You need to return the product with all price tags, original packing, labels and invoice.
Suspected Damage or Damage
At the times of delivery, the outer packaging may appear to be damaged, but the actual product will be just fine in most of such cases. If outer packaging is not damage or damage and you feel product in box is damage, take delivery of product and write remarks on POD(Proof Of Delivery) / DRS(Delivery Run Sheet) and take one photo of the POD/DRS and share this photo with us for replacement or refund of payment.
Important Information Required For Damage Replacement
- At the time of delivery check the package properly, if you found any issue with outer packaging or you feel product in box is sound like damage, take delivery of product with your remarks on POD(Proof Of Delivery) / DRS(Delivery Run Sheet) and take one photo of the POD/DRS and share this photo with us for product replacement.
- After taking delivery of the product take some images of outer packaging with package label and you must have to make video while opening the package and checking of the product, start video from package label and after checking product end video on package label. Video while opening of package is mandatory for replacement of product in case you get damage product.
- Contact us with above mention details within 24 hours of delivery if the product arrives damaged.
- Without above details we will not be able to replace damage product.
Defective Product
In case, you get a defective or damaged product from our side, you have to inform us within 24 hours of delivery, we will return or replace it and bear the shipping cost also.
Process for returning a product purchased on Helix Bathware
You have to place a request of return on Helix Bathware or call us ,mail on our contact no or email ids with your order details and reason for returning than we will confirm you about the return request ASAP and we will inform you about the product return process.
Cancellation:
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse. This does not include items purchased on sale.
The points to be noted:
- It is advised that the return packets should be strong and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to products during transit.
- Replacement of a product would be a subject to the availability of that particular product.
- Once eligibility is verified, please pack the item(s) securely and we will assign the courier and get it picked up from your address or you can also ship the same to following address:

Delivery Process
The product range includes heavy wash basins & water closets, etc., which may take an overall time of 10-15 days to get delivered depending upon your location and availability of the product. In some cases the delivery process can take extra time and you may need to pay some special delivery charges also which will be notified in advance.
Toll Charges/Entry Tax/ State Tax
During the return of the product, all Toll Charges/Entry Tax/ State Tax are incurred by the customers.
Discount
Products purchased under sale or heavy discount options are not eligible for change / return.
- The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the merchandise. Only unused items are eligible for return.
- On cash-on-delivery orders, reimbursements will be credited to your bank account, the details of which will be requested from you after we receive the request for return within 7 days from the date of invoice.
